It's currently 5:35 am Wednesday July 29, 2009 and I'm gazing out the window watching the sun begin to rise. The sky is a beautiful blend of purples, pinks and pale blues. There is a bird singing his little heart out in the tree by my window and I just fell in love with life all over again.

Really, people need to just slow down and take time to watch something as touching as a sunrise. You never know if it's going to be your last one and if it is your last one you don't want to leave this world with things unaccomplished. Life for the moment, don't dewll on the past. Learn your lessons and move on. Don't repeat your mistakes and go what ever you do, do it to the fullest. Take chances and embrace the unknown.

I don't know what I'd do without moments like this. Times where I can just check into myself and know that I'm happy where I am. I have closure, peace with myself and I know that today is going to be better than the last day and no matter what happens there is an opprotunity for greatness.

I sound like Matt Hardy right now, but that's not a bad thing. Not a bad thing at all. He's a wise man whom I've learned much from.

Take care of yourselfs, you eyeballs that are reading this and live out your life with an open heart and an open mind.
